ScottishPropertyNewsletter.com focuses on property matters in Scotland, a distinct and underserved news market. UKPropertyNewsletter.com provides coverage of England & Wales and Northern Ireland property news.

Further, In-Depthmedia.com hosts consultancy services around acquisition and maximising the opportunities from buy-to-let portfolios, acquiring and letting student housing (single unit and HMO), and general HMO purchase and letting. In-Depthmedia.com also provides expert consultancy for those seeking support in the short-term letting sector.

In-Depthmedia.com offers a suite of services based upon expertise in the property industry.

Through its founder, Calum Galbraith, In-Depthmedia.com has in excess of 20 years' experience in the sector, operating both buy-to-let and short-term letting.

Calum combines his knowledge of the sector with a strong commercial background, including founding and operating three companies. This is complemented by a background in investment banking, offshore retail banking, and consultancy. Calum is a graduate from the University of Edinburgh School of Law.
